Got done swingin' the iron for today, had a moment of "Why not?" Must say I'm not at all displeased with the results from my kettlebells, The Egoscue Method, & The Shangri-La diet*. Those love handles used to be a serious truck tire. I feel healthy, strong, and want more. More strength, less insulation!
