MONKEY HAS THE POWER
A buddy who lifts 'bells recently mentioned that his shoulder was bothering him. As part of my regular perusal of ETK, I came across the section on Get-ups, and how they were gold as far as rehabbing shoulders.

Attention, [info]tcmneedler...

And so, thinking that a bit of shoulder work would do me some good, I decided to take Pavel's suggestion to heart. So...

Kettlebells:
-50 Get-ups, 16kg (Sergei), Alt-RL. Took me a little over a half-hour, not including running to the front door to meet FedEx.

Ooh, that felt good! Distinctly possible I may do another set l8r.

[EDIT] Actually, Team LexiMonkey rode/scooted home from The Berzerkeley Bowl, 6+ miles. GO TEAM LEXIMONKEY! GIMME A TERRORIST-FIST-JAB!
