    It doesn't get more monkey than that. This is why I love parkour so much; It's taking our natural monkey capabilities and applying them to the environment we live in.

  • Thursday, 7/3/08: Variety
    -Egoscue: Earlier in the day is harder, but sets up the rest of the day nicely. Late in the afternoon and the body's already gotten limber and moving, and diving into the e-cises comes easily. But really, getting the bones creaking 1st thing in the am is usually bests.

    Kettlebells (20kg)
    -10 x halos, RL
    -5 x windmills, RL
    -4 x Oaktown Up & Down, alt-RL
    -20 x slingshots, RL
    -4 x OTUD, alt-RL

  • Friday, 7/4/08
    -Egoscue
    -Went for a nice healthy walk downtown and back with Lexi, had chicken & waffles for the 4th.

    Kettlebells
    -8 x halos, RL (20kg)
    -Clean/Press, 4 x 1->4 ladders, RL (20kg)
    -2d6 = 9 minutes. Snatch, 2 x 15 , RL, 1 x 10 (16kg)
